That our presence in our local community, providing health and home care to patients of all ages in their own environment, is the cornerstone of our tradition of caring.
That a comprehensive multi disciplinary team approach to health care will serve our patients in the best way possible.
That our collaboration with other health care providers will work in easing access to a continuum of care for patients and their families.
That a strong infrastructure driven by a voluntary Board of Directors representing the fabric of the community will allow us to meet and adopt quickly to the challenges evolving in the health care environment.
